Vegan Creamy Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vegan Mayonnaise

  • ½ cup Cashew Crema (See recipe here)

  • 2 Tbl or to taste Dijon-style mustard (creamy)

  • 2 Tbl fresh dill chopped (or 2 Tsp dried dill)

  • 1 Tbl good quality apple cider vinegar (or fresh lemon juice)

  • 1 Tsp granulated garlic powder

  • Salt and fresh ground pepper (preferably white peppercorns) to taste

Directions

  • Directions

  • Combine and mix all ingredients except for salt and pepper

  • Add salt and pepper to taste

  • Preferably leave sit for 1-2 hours in refrigerator before using

  • Store, covered in refrigerator. Use within 5 days.

  • This is a great sauce to spoon over steamed or grilled salmon. Also works on steamed broccoli, cauliflower, and kohlrabi. Best with fresh dill but dried works fine too.
